Does Free Radical Labs Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally (generally). This is due to export controls on some products as well as the cost of shipping often being more than the cost of the requested item. We have been known to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Can I request another shipment method other than the United States Postal Service?
Yes, you can request another shipment method if that works better for you, please contact us to do so.
If "MOST" orders ship within 24 hours, why don't all of them?
If there is anything we deem suspicious about your order, we will contact you. We also use a suite of fraud detection methods to ensure that orders are genuine. If we see red flags, it sometimes takes a day or two to get them cleared up.
What do I do if I have not received any updates or shipping confirmation for my order?
Our automated system updates sometimes end up in people's spam folders. Please make sure that "email@example.com" has been whitelisted in your email to ensure prompt updates.
Is it possible to arrange Net30 payment terms?
We do offer net30 payment terms to public school systems and brick-and-mortar private schools. We can generate a quote for any products you need and we will ship upon receipt of a purchase order.
How do I cancel and order I recently made?
If you made an order and need to cancel it before it has been fulfilled for shipping, simply contact us and we can take care of it for you. If it has already shipped we will be happy to treat it as a return for you.
Do you sell lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries?
Currently, we do not sell LiPo batteries. This is purely because of the numerous steps that must be taken to legally ship these batteries. Some of our products come with lithium metal batteries which do not require a bunch of extra steps to ship.
